In the past decade Drug-Impaired Driving fatalities have proportionately increased. While the science on the relationship between drug-use, impairment and crash risk is not as clear-cut as for Alcohol-Impaired Driving, many fatally injured drivers in road crashes have one or more drugs in their system.
